Ian Morgan, NP, is an excellent advocate for his patients. He proved to be concomitantly compassionate and professional. In addition to these qualities, he evidenced a good sense of humor, which made discussing my fears re: a colonoscopy (due to heart and Warfarin issues)...much easier, and which in return, significantly attenuated my anxiety. He even took the time to provide very helpful feedback re: my little Smart car's "engine light"...and what other possible (less than worrisome) issues might trigger said light appearing. He was willing to provide guidance from his former career as a mechanic, which medical providers are not always so willing to do. He is in a word, IMPRESSIVE, as a professional and as a human being.
