I have Never, in my Whole Life, been treated with so much Compassion, kindness, & General “Caring”, as I did this morning at Dr. Pham’s office!!!
I’m 63 yrs old, & have been near sighted all of my life, even had cataract “lense replacement” surgery about 10 yrs ago! I noticed in Nov. ‘23 that I couldn’t See clearly anymore. The girl who helped me with the exam Before the Dr came in, Jamie, worked with me for a Long time! I was not even their patient (at the network of Drs in my city) but the hospital scheduler made my appt w/Dr.Pham!! (I was even 20 minutes Late because I went to my Usual eye Dr’s office first-of course!!)
Then after Wonderful, caring, cheerful, Jamie left the room, (I told her I loved Her when she left!)
Dr Pham came right in & worked with me to Try to get my dry eyes “repaired” enough & healthy enough to even be able to Wear contact lenses again!!! I will go back to see the Dr. again next week for a follow-up appt.
I Cannot Express the gladness I felt when leaving their office today! I almost cried when I held out my hand to shake Dr. Pham’s hand!
Hands Down— The Most Wonderful experience I’ve ever had at Any Dr. appt! (And I’ve seen a Lot of Dr’s. in my life!!!)
