She ghosted me after one appointment, and then when I called her once a day everyday for 4 days, and then finally forced a prescription refill request on the 5th day, she called me back in a very snappy manner; "okay well I'm driving right now, I'm answering your phone call now. What can I do for you"

I didn't appreciate that. Awful bedside manner, she clearly was more focused on the other patient that she took the phone call for when I had my one and only visit with her. She also made a point to tell me that if I was not interested in starting a new medication, she had other patients in the hospital that needed her attention. Please do NOT book with Dr. Kim Anderson.

Not to mention that the one medication she did have me start, she never followed up with me for, also never even mentioned that they would never give this to a woman of childbearing age because it can cause harm. Very unprofessional
