I would rate them less than a 1. Came to Urgent Care at 8PM, provider came and looked down my throat and listened to chest. I was given a swab test for Covid, RSV and Flu. I waited and waited for the provider to return to discuss my results. I eventually signed into MyChart on my telephone and obtained my results. I noticed the staff was leaving for the day, I went to desk and there was one nurse there and I asked her was the provider coming back, because I been waiting for hours. She stated my results are back and when the provider gets a chance, he will see me. Now the lights have been lowered and I noticed the nurse is leaving for the day, I said is the provider coming, she stated you can sign papers and leave. The paperwork was for refusal of treatment, I was not refusing treatment, I was trying to get treatment for my concerns. I did not sign the paperwork, and she said that fine. I ended up leaving out approximately at 12:44 without seeing the provider.

Was here for very high blood pressure Issue . Only issue was they were reluctant to administer meds to help lower pressure . Gave me a prescription , but the drug stores were closed. Had to wait till next day

This is place is a money maker. I brought my son in for stomach virus. They did blood work and a CT scan just for this issue. I believe they perform these unnecessary tests just to bill the insurance company and the patients. So be warned!

Terrible patient care. I wrote the CEO and my issues were not addressed, I was disregarded. The CMO supported the narrative of the staff and did not believe what I told them happened. They told me the care I received was appropriate and it absolutely was not. They did not take my temperature properly and when I said that they still did not take it again, the whole time I was there. I was discharged with not instruction on how to make it through because I was so miserable, I honestly thought I was dying. They didn’t care and I really don’t know why. I have never been treated like that at any dr office, urgent care or hospital in my life. I will never go back or use any honor health because even the response from leadership was offensive and disregarding.
