"Spent 25 mins on the phone concerning refills for my son on September 19, 2022 and explaining the situation. This office couldn't even return a simple phone call saying why they weren't refilling his medicine - that is very UNPROFESSIONAL. There is no reason why my son shouldn't get his refills cause if there was they would of called me back."
