I'd leave a -zero star if it was possible. This office is AWFUL! They violate all HIPAA rules and withhold medical records. They are non-communicative with other Physicians and medical professionals on care of elderly patients in AL care. It's like pulling teeth. I do not recommend this practice and doctor if you are elderly or in care of an elderly patient.
