My doctor is great, this review is just a reflection of how the office is run. in the beginning of the year I switched insurnace. The information has been provided to the office on several occasions. They have yet to bill my carrier and continue to send me bills for the full ammount. I have reached out to the office over the phone and through their messaging portal and have been ignored for months. I asked my doctor to reach out to billing to try to get some sort of traction. He said he was told they would reach out that day. This was 6 weeks ago and still I have not heard from them. Unless you are interested in a billing nightmare created by lack of communication find anywhere else.
