Dr. Valerie Moulds is the best Optometrist in Highlands County, in fact in all of Florida. Dr. Moulds is dedicated to serving the needs of her patients and providing the best eye care possible. She is very knowledgeable, she listens to her patients, and provides quality service. Dr. Moulds has a remarkable staff that also values the patient. My husband and I have been her patients for several years. If you are new to the area or looking to change eye doctors, please give her an opportunity to serve you. She is the BEST!
