So far, I have been impressed with Dr. DePhillip's treatment of me as a patient. When I first saw the Dr. for neck pain, he did a clinical examination before he looked at any of the imaging studies that I had done. After looking at the images, he went through each level as reported, making sure I understood why he did or did not agree with the radiologist's statements of severity. I like the fact that he looked at me and asked me questions before looking at any films or other doctor's reports. I also appreciated the physician's assistant that worked with him, clarifying everything that the doctor had reported. The office staff was very pleasant, even when they had to reschedule an appointment.
