Dr Thomas and her office staff are top notch. Everyone I encountered was very kind, professional, and attentive. I love that Dr Thomas took the time to truly hear my concerns and not rush me out the door like some doctors do.

I am very pleased with Dr. Thomas and her medical expertise. She is someone who really listens and discusses various options. It is difficult to access office staff, with the phone system being inefficient.

Office is dysfunctional, won't use computers/patient portal, so messages get lost, Rx's don't get phoned in, phone calls get dropped, and it is impossible to communicate with the doctor. She caused me severe untreated throat infection and sudden, dangerous withdrawal from a 15-year Rx for tramadol, resulting in 2 serious seizures. She still wouldn't call me back. Most unprofessional office I've ever been to. Dr. herself is uncaring and irresponsible. Letter of concern I sent to her got intercepted and dumped by office personnel.
