I am landlord. My tenant provide ESA certificate waggy. Pet with Kandi Morris license in Texas. This ESA is not supported by HUD. I am as landlord on Alpril 14h 2021 purchased ESA letter from waggy. Pet for $98. Just to show how broken system is and licensee LPC Kandi Morris puts valid license on ESA letters. I as landlord received illegal ESA in 15 min with Kandi Morris valid license. I never seen Kandi Morris in my life and I dont have disability nor dog.. Kandi Morris is involved in illegal fraud activities. It brings harm to real people with real disabilities. Please remove her and revoke her license because of illegal practice on waggy. Pet.
