She’s nice. The Nurse is inept. Made me wait 50 mins. Took Meds list twice over two visits. I tried to get refill and the Nurse did not get my important medication on the list. The refill website says I can’t get refill without another visit. I tried to get shots in two visits and was put off because Dr. Said Insurance might not cover shots. I called insurance in Drs. office & they DID cover shots. I tried to get Nurse to get Dr. so I could get shots. Dr. had left for the day, It was 2:40 pm. I’ve never had a Dr. just leave. I was very upset. This was Supposed to be my Annual Exam and Dr. only listened to my breathing. I left Urine for test and two weeks later, there are no results. I refused to let Nurse take my blood who seemed very inept at everything else. They had left me waiting a long time in waiting room just to to Rush me through an Annual Exam so Dr. Could leave early.
