Dr. Eager failed to do due diligence by not reviewing my dear wife's prior medical history--which was in his chart and which I pointed out to him--and prescribe tests that would have saved her life.

Dr. Eager simply prescribed an antibiotic for my wife..

My wife died on day 3 of his 4-day prescription.

No one should have a doctor who walks into the waiting room without having read the very records my wife detailed and shared with him.

Dr. Eager was surprised when I showed him in HIS OWN RECORDS my wife's medical condition which resulted in her death.
