I'm leaving this provider the service is lousy, 1 hour wait calls when calling for refills or questions, they no longer take my insurance but even if they did i would go somewhere else, extremely dissatisfied with this service.

I am so upset with this unprofessional service. First time patient and was left in front of the secretaries for 2 hours. when I finally asked, they gave me the paperwork I was supposed to fill out 2 hours prior, to then tell to wait more for them to speak to my health care provider. Things that should have been done as soon as I got there instead of talking to a patient for 20 minutes about life after death. This is after I waited a month for this appointment with chronic neck pain, and a call a week before to tell me they took my appointment wrong, so I had to reschedule. Also, lots of paperwork and 1 specifically asking for my consent for them to use my pictures and or videos for their own advertisement. I sat in front of these 2 ladies for 2 hours not knowing how the process worked, and they could care less. Never saw Dr. Martinez, never got adjusted, and never treated. I haven't seen this level of mediocrity in the medical field. horrendous experience.

La atención en la clínica es muy buena desde las muchachitas que te atienden al frente hasta el Dr que es una persona muy amable y profesional, siempre atento a todo lo que uno le dice , en resumen estoy muy complacida
