I've been a patient of Dr Murugappan for the past 4 months. I needed a neurologist due having severe / excruciating nerve pain from Achillies Surgery back in 2020. During my first visit with her, I knew I found a Doctor that cares. She took the time to listen to my long-drawn-out medical history since having that Dreaded Achillis surgery followed up with 2 additional surgeries with no relief in pain. Dr Murugappan ordered several tests along with scheduling an EMG with another great doctor Dr Pantol. Her goal is to figure out why with 2 corrective surgeries I am still having excruciating nerve pain along with progressive weakness in my right foot. We are still working together on getting to the root of my pain and I so appreciate her not trying to push me off to other doctors. I've been told by so many doctors they can't help anymore and to see pain mgmt. which I've been for over a year now.

Dr Murugappan is a compassionate , smart and amazing doctor. I feel blessed to have met her and I felt compelled in writing a review which I rarely do.
