Marci Crawford at Christus Adult & Family Care lacks the kind of human connectedness and presence you expect from a health care practitioner.
My first appointment with her was on-line during the COVID shutdown and I thought that she would be a good primary care provider. But my second visit, in person, was disappointing. She was mechanical, detached and disinterested. Worse, she was condescending. After surviving a very stressful COVID year, it would be nice to have a family doctor who cares and to whom I am more than just a number.
