Never helps. I have bad ARTHITIS. Osteoarthitis and rhymatoid..I have bursitis..I can't get in and out of car .He just says he can't give me steriods or shot of prednesone long term. I was crying when I left office so tired of hurting. Every 3 or 4 months is not long term or ongoing .he didn't care. I will never use him again. He is fat and lazy and only wants to pass you on. He should retire
