Everyone is very friendly and good at their jobs! All my pre- and post-op appointments have been helpful and, and on the day of my surgery everyone made me feel very comfortable and cared for. The results of my surgery are amazing. It has genuinely changed my life in ways I could not have expected. Before getting surgery, I had some doubts and was afraid I might regret it, but there honestly has not been a single downside. The only thing I would say is that they are not the fastest at responding to emails or phone calls, but that is kind of what I expect from medical professionals.

On a phone consultation, I felt very comfortable with how the conversation went. My concerns were addressed with all the information I needed and conversations about bodies and practices were made with care. I appreciated how my medical needs and my perspective on my body were validated while providing grounded honest answers about risks and medical results.

The staff are very nice and welcoming I got all the information I was wanting to hear on my consultation I can can tell that customer service is 5 stars and they respond to your emails as soon as possible. I am so happy I found Dr. Satterwhite. Also Debby Anziano is great

It was good overall, but very hard to contact Jennifer when I had questions, and it was hard to go through the process, but thats mostly because of insurance
