Procedure and surgeon did a great job making my chest look very natural and gave great advice about what I can do on my end to help them with that. I personally did not have issues with the staff but my aunt who volunteered to pick me up and what not had issues knowing what exactly was happening. Ie surgery was supposed to be done around 9 and it was 11 and was stressing out having not heard anything. So I recommend giving caretakers updates and maybe a more detailed post op form, though the nurse was very helpful.
