I been trying all afternoon to schedule a left breast diagnostic mammogram with left breast ultrasound. I was on hold 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone and told they could not talk to me about scheduling an exam without the paper work. They gave me the wrong fax number and I called again waiting on hold for 20 minutes.The lady transferred me and I was given an answering service to leave a message. If this was you would you say this is an except-able manner to handle a patient concern. I am a retired mammogram technologist who used to work at this facility. This was not acceptable practice back then. I have a lump whether it is benign or malignant without a diagnostic exam I DO NOT KNOW. I'm just trying to get the exam scheduled and the orders fax to them.
