Thank You Letter to Harmony Hospice Care

I cannot express enough how deeply grateful my family and I are for the exceptional care provided by Harmony Hospice Care during my mother’s final days. From the moment they stepped into our lives, they became more than just caregivers; they became an extension of our family. Every staff member demonstrated genuine kindness, compassion, and a level of professionalism that made a world of difference during this difficult time. Their structured approach to care ensured that every need was met, and their unwavering support helped us navigate this challenging journey with grace and dignity.

A special thanks goes to Chris, my mother’s primary nurse, whose dedication was nothing short of herculean. Despite the complexities of my mother’s condition, especially in her advanced state of dementia at 91, Chris managed every aspect of her care plan with precision and care. He went above and beyond to ensure that all necessary supplies and medications were delivered promptly, making what could have been a stressful process seamless. It speaks volumes that even in her diminished state, my mother recognized Chris as “a good man.”

The emotional and spiritual support provided by Robin, the chaplain, was another pillar of strength for our family. Robin’s non-judgmental nature and light-hearted demeanor brought us immense comfort, easing our worries and helping us find peace in the midst of turmoil. The entire team, including Maggie, Aaliyah, Beth, Kim, Kerry, and Kelly, contributed to the outstanding service we received, each one playing a vital role in caring for my mother.

I must also mention “T,” the nurse aide who bathed and cared for my mother with such gentleness that my mother would often remark that “T” was a “good girl.” It’s the little things like this that made our experience with Harmony so memorable and comforting.

To anyone considering hospice care, I cannot recommend Harmony Hospice Care highly enough. In a world where many agencies treat you like a number, Harmony treats you like family. They work hand in hand with loved ones to ensure that every moment is handled with the utmost care and respect. If you are looking for a hospice provider that genuinely cares, Harmony Hospice Care is the only choice.

We appreciated our initial consultation with the organizer. From there we felt we had proper care for my mother in law. Very excellent care. Her needs were well communicated between hospice and the nursing home care team. None of her requests were ever ignored. Recommended.

I have really enjoyed working for this company for over 5 years. All of my colleagues have been great and always have our patients best interest in mind! Amazing company to work for. I love getting to know my patients and their families as well as being there during a difficult time in their lives.
