Dr. Pang was great at explaining the procedure and answering questions. The appointment was seamless and there were no technical difficulties during the appointment. My only negative for the consult was that Dr. Pang was unaware of changes to his own insurance policies, which may force me to pay out of pocket for the procedure despite him still being in network.

My experience was good overall. I believe there are certain aspects that needs to get better. Especially when it comes to waiting times post surgery. I am somewhat happy with my results however I wish I had more information about possible necrosis and depth, but I am happy and I would recommend them 100 percent

Meeting the doctor and spending time in discussion felt informal and I appreciate that. I felt open and honest about questions and most of all comfortable.

I appreciate Dr. Pang's call. He was very kind and patient with me when I forget I had already gotten a Zoom link! It was nice to be able to talk to the surgeon himself, at other offices sometimes a different provider does the consultation and may not be able to answer all questions. Dr. Pang's instructions, including next steps and actions I need to take, were clear. Dr. Pang is also of course highly competent. He was both professional and caring throughout the call. I hope to eventually meet in person!
