I had sent my glasses for repair first week of March. I have contacted MyEye Dr 3 times and no answers and it is now middle of May. No response to emails at all. I am a Registered Nurse and I will be reporting this to the BBB and request for my money back since I need to get a new pair elsewhere. Poor customer service and very bad communication from this chain.
