Dr McDonald listens well, and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor. He does not sugar coat things, but provides good feedback as to how best address the situation realistically. Waiting time in the lobby is minimal, I have always had my appointments right on time.

I felt Dr McDonald was personable and patient friendly, concerned about my health and wanted to help. Unfortunately, at present he is unable to do so due to other health matters that preclude treatment options -- that is not his fault, but more a lack of understanding on my part on what can and cannot be done concurrently. Ultimately however the visit proved a bit of a waste of copay and time albeit perhaps it lays the groundwork for a future pathway to better health. Dr McDonald scores full marks for introducing himself but the other clinical staff, while all friendly, had to be prompted by me to identify themselves -- when passed from staff member to staff member (be it at the front desk, called back by a nurse team member, or sent for an X-ray) no one introduced themselves or their role in the organization -- it's a little thing but it makes a huge difference. They knew my name but I had no idea who I was speaking to or in what capacity - several times I would ask a question about the MRI CD I brought with me and was told that I should bring it up to somebody else on the team. But I never knew who I was speaking to or who should be given it. Ultimately, I found someone.
