It was an emergency surgery, and I ended up getting the pick of the litter. Dr. Hanzlik has been responsive to my knees, answers all my questions with enthusiasm and I would highly recommended him for orthopedic surgery. ROC office is managing COVID-19 situation well.

The staff and surgical team were excellent. When I had could not walk after the surgery, because of the effect of the spinal medication, they were very helpful about finding a brace that would support the leg, until the medication had worn off. The anesthesiologist explained that it was rare that happened which I appreciated. The reminders from the app for exercise have been helpful. Dr. Ballard helpfully answered any questions that I had. Comparing it to my first surgery, he did not explain everything that would happen during the surgery or why the particular method was used. I may have contributed to that, because at my first appointment, he asked if I had questions and I did not at the time.

Dr. Ballard is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I had both knees replace by him and it's eliminated all of the pain I had in my knees. His sense of humor is one of the better things to experience when someone has to deal with constant pain and/or illness of any kind. I totally appreciated his approach to what I wanted in terms of my healing process.

I came because of the good experience my wife had with her hip surgeries. Now my own experience has even exceeded my expectations. I am doing great 6 weeks after my 2nd hip replacement.

I came here seeking expert opinion and have received it -along w/ professional support. The 4th op on this battered ankle healed quickly aside from a pre-existing issue that flared but was seen to remedy it on an urgent, work me in-basis. Really appreciated the quick response and follow-up by Ben and Dr F! I have been extremely pleased with the practice and its staff, thank you! .
