The doctors are professional and caring as are their nurse/assistant. The "phone nurses" are also caring attentive and professional.
However, attempting to communicate with the office is HORRIBLE. There appears to be at least 4 different phone numbers for the office. Dialing any of these number gets to to an automated voice response system which fills many needs but never giving you the ability to speak with anyone. You must leave a message and maybe they will get the message and call you back. Yesterday I arrived at Quest for an appointment for a test but Quest had not received the script from the cardiologist office. Dialing these numbers was frustrating and fruitless as the system (seemingly deliberately) prevented me from speaking with anyone. I had to go home, dial again and wait for 10 minutes to leave a message, I was called back and was great but obviously I missed my Quest appointment timeslot. We will see what happens tomorrow at my new Quest appointment.
