It took me 3 months to get an appointment and when I finally did, I showed up on time and waited in their lobby for an hour and 15minutes. No one told me why I was waiting, how long it would be, nothing. No communication at all. Just left me sitting there while other patients were seen around me. I told the receptionist I was leaving after an hour and a half and she just shrugged. No apology....once again nothing.
