This is the second time we have used this wonderful emergency service in about six years. All employees are wonderful and oh, so careful and caring with our two pets that have had to utilize this service. Our Angel had to cross the rainbow bridge over three years ago but back when she was alive the medical care they gave her was incredible.
Sept. 3, 2022 found us taken our cat in for coughing and struggling to breathe. She sounded so congested, we were afraid to go through the holiday weekend with no attention give to our kitty and our clinic was closed. Everyone at VCA was wonderful, starting with check-in to her first initial exam to the wonderful care and prognosis from Dr. Sarah Nichols and everyone else we did not see or met before we left.
Dr. Nichols told us everything she wanted to test for and why and gave us the option to let her proceed or not. Costs were also given to us at the same time. Her readings of the chest xrays were very informative and the medications she wanted to give our kitty were very well explained as were the conditions she would be treating with them.
All staff was wonderful with our kitty and as a result of Dr. Nichol's help, our kitty slept through the night at home and ate her meals. We are still managing our cat's illness but we are so appreciative for the timely care she received and the information we were given to take care of her at home. Thank you, Dr. Nichol's! and thank you to all of your staff!
It is such a relief to know we do not have a really long drive to make with a sick cat. For us, the distance is overly long and we are so very thankful you are there to help our kitty and everyone else's pets. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
