Horrible, Horrible!!! These doctors do not care about their patients. I was a new patient and because of time with getting Medicare set up my thyroid prescription ran out. I asked if they would just call me in enough to get me to my appointment. ONLY 10 days worth and they would not help in ANY WAY!!! SO I FIRED THEM AND CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT!!! Obviously they are in it only for the money and not for health care.

Very disappointed, been a patient for almost 20 years, and I had a emergency siezure last week and I blood sugar shot up to 435, my oncologist told me to see my GP immediately. I called my doctor and was told we no longer accept your insurance. I was never notified of any cancellation and per my GP to continue with my oncologist. Their answer was go find another doctor, good bye
Tried to tell me that they haven't accepted my insurance for 5 years but the did see me 2 years ago

excellent staff -very professional - Dr. Kamishev is a excellent doctor explains everything in detail and listens and answers all questions -. Appointments on time. Definitely recomment conviva care in coconut creek

This place is the worse place that I ever been, the doctors doesn't care about patients the customer service are very rude, they hang up without wait an answer, wait for hours before they pick up the phone, stay away from this place, there is a better doctor in the area

Dr. Jim Torres is my father's Primary care physician. My father's hard of hearing, even with hearing aids, and it's even worse with masks on. Dr. Torres sat down at the computer in the exam room and began to ask my father questions by typing, in very big letters, to make it easier for my father. We've been to many specialists and Doctors thru the years and never had one so thoughtful. He's also a very thorough Doctor. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

This place is not good. People don’t care about your medical condition at all. They only care about how much your insurance pays them. They test for everything even though you don’t need it. Just for the money. Front desk looks like they don’t like working there they are rude and than the back office the people there don’t even know what they are doing. That place is not a good place. I do not recommend it at all.
