I received Spravato treatments from March through October 2020. Initially, those treatments were in a closet-sized private space with a reclining chair, however as her practice/# of patients grew, she routinely attempted to schedule these treatments in "non-medical settings" like a small conference room with a large table and straight back non-reclining office chairs. When I told her staff that I didn't feel safe with so many hard edges, her office manager shared that they were only "required" to provide a chair, the lowest level of care. I experienced a 5-week lapse in weekly treatments because of their inability to manage their scheduling. Most hurtful, especially for a Mental Healthcare Provider was that their Office Manager yelled after me and called me crazy when I canceled the appointment and all future appointments. Medication management was a nightmare and they only work M-TH. Definitely not a customer centered practice.
