Always, friendly and curtious

The center is also providing radiology (X-ray service). Today Feb 24th, we checked in at 9:30am however after an hour of waiting and people coming and going I asked how much longer we have to wait still no respond. By 10:40am the lady at the front desk said she was registering us. Apparently there were two people ahead of us with an appointment and they are accommodating them first. Granted that is correct, we should have been told of the waiting period in the beginning and maybe we could have come back. Customer service is very poor and the attitude of the front desk is certainly disappointing. If you just walk in be prepared for a long wait and no information will be given unless you asked. They need to improve this and common courtesy to inform patients waiting.
