Exceptional care at a first-class facility. Retired and living in Spring Branch, this is our second visit under emergency circumstances. Both times, the patient experience has been superb. The Receptionist, the ER Registered Nurse (I apologize for not recalling their names), and the ER Physician (Dr. Holland) were incredibly synchronized, efficient, and extremely competent. This is the model for this type of healthcare. After two sutures in the tendon and five in the dermis (skin), I can once again, give a full and functional “thumbs up!” A sincere appreciation to the ER Team for my exceptional care and for serving both the Bulverde and Spring Branch Communities.
