Brought my son to be circumcised. Called the office and told them my insurance details and requested the cost of the procedure. They called me back and told me there was a $50 copay. I confirmed that was my total cost, prior to scheduling the appointment and again in the office at time of procedure. I was invoiced for over $400 and the Office Manager Cathy was adamant that it was my fault for not contacting my insurance company prior to the procedure. It seems like this doctor’s office is misleading their clientele. I wish doctor’s would stand behind their offices practices.
