Lacks the most simple compassion and kindness. Judgemental attitude. Short and snappy sounding. Does not listen to the patient. Rolled her eyes. Not much to say, just glares at patient and seems like she is judging them. No response to patients statements. Simply cold. Makes the patient feel crazy for having come in since labs came back "normal", even though their doctor told them to come in. Gets annoyed when a patient asks a question. Sent the patient away without any treatment or help at all whatsoever for symptoms just because the main labs were normal. So in that case the patient must have a mental illness right? That is what she assumed. You could see it on her face and in her notes. She completely ignored the physical symptoms, and only assumed a mental symptom must be the cause, which was actually inaccurate and conpletely irrelevant to the situation. Many other labs were abnormal however and she didn't check everything she should have. She did not say to come back if things worsen. She had zero solution or ideas for help. She said "I don't know," when the patient asked what might be going on and what they should do. That was her answer and nothing else. She made the patient feel like they were completely fine, when they are not fine at all, and suffer from chronic debilitating conditions on top of this acute one that she did nothing for. Her and her team wrote false information and wrong numbers on the patients paperwork, to make sure the patient didn't get admitted. They wrote that they checked things that they didn't. They wrote the patient didn't have symptoms that the patient actually had, and changed the vital numbers on paper. This is completely unacceptable, dangerous, and could be harmful to a patient if they miss something in the future.
