Dr. George palomino is the top in his interaction and care of patients.He doesn't beat around the Bush, but will watch and Guide a patient to good health. He doesn't mince words. Is intelligent and reactive to your needs as his patient. If he has to he can be firm. BUT that said, he is respectful and Trustworthy . To Be Blunt He knows his Stuff !
