My complaint is they don't return phone calls or letters sent to them. I'm on Medicare and they performed a lab test on me that they won't pay for due to their neglect in putting down the right code and or sending them a letter explaining why the test was necessary. I am being charged $130 by the lab, when i did not request this test. I went there for my yearly pap test and wellness exam. They ignore my calls to rectify the bill and i won't be back there. Shady to ssy the least.
