Staff often called to reschedule appointment times with little consideration for drive time and time of day (driving from far west side to Scottsdale and returning in rush hour). Additionally, my quote for the breast augmentation was modified after I selected my implants and viewed the 3D rendering. Citing reasons that he would need more time/it was more complicated than originally thought, despite the prior consultation and quote for just a breast aug, the procedure was completed in 45 minutes. This tactic and approach came across as shady and unethical. I would already committed to a procedure and now you are telling me it's going to cost more, based on what exactly. I just have to trust that you 'need that extra time'. As a patient, my options were to either move ahead and suck up the extra cost, or lose my deposit and start over with another surgeon. That really changed my perception of the office and to say I am frustrated by that is an understatement.

Dr. Mata, the staff, and the results of my procedure were absolutely amazing and went far beyond my expectations! My overall experience with everything thus far is beyond words. If I could I would rate the entire experience well over 10, 10 is not even close to being enough!! I cannot even express enough into words what an amazing change this has made for me and I cannot thank you all enough!!

Love Dr Mata and my results so far. Nadine and office staff were exceptional. New nurse Mandy was fantastic and could have been the supervisor to the current nurse. I had a lot of difficulty with Kayla and considered going elsewhere except that I wanted Dr. Mata to do the surgery. Was eating on the phone, rude, did not return calls or emails and said she did not receive them (I have a full record of all calls and messages). She is not at all in keeping with my experience once I got here and could be described as unprofessional. In fact I had to call the office directly to get anything done.
