Dr. Rivi Har-El is an extraordinary physical therapist. I have been seeing her whenever I have had a problem in the past 22 years. She gives special attention to my needs and excels at all aspects of PT. She has a healing touch and has helped me with a broken ankle, a sprained ankle and back and neck issues. She has a background in dance and movement therapy and recommends exercises that are great for rehab and healing. I have also attended her movement therapy classes, which are very helpful and also very enjoyable. I think she is quite amazing!

Dr Rivi is very knowledgeable with great bedside manner and very professional. I always look forward to my sessions with her. She makes the ambiance soothing and comfortable. She is a wonderful person with many years of experience in her profession and overall excellent therapist.

I have been seeing Dr. Rivi over several years for a variety of serious spine issues. When all other modalities have failed or made my lumbar and neck issues worse, Dr. Rivi's hands on techniques have been extremely successful in reducing pain and increasing my mobility. Most recently I was diagnosed with a very serious neck injury and was referred for immediate surgery. I chose to have Dr Rivi treat it instead and am now over a year and a half out of pain and have avoided surgery. Her modalities are different from ordinary physical therapists in that she provides dedicated hands on time for the entire appointment. Her home exercise programs are also quite helpful. I credit Dr. Rivi for keeping me moving, out of pain and away from surgery. She is extraordinary!

I have seen Dr. Har-El for several physical ailments and cannot praise her highly enough. She is an extremely talented and caring healer whose hands-on treatment is unique. I first consulted her in 2008 when I had carpal tunnel syndrome. After months of PT and OT at a major university hospital, I was told that I would never regain full movement in my wrists. I was referred to Dr. Har-El by a colleague who was a patient. After treatment with Dr.Har-El, I have fully recovered. Over the years, I have had other issues (shoulder pain, meniscus tear in knee), and Dr. Har-El's treatment has always brought relief. Unlike most PTs, Dr. Har-El treats the whole patient and spends a lot of time both treating and educating patients. I have a slew of exercises that I perform at home to keep various problems under control. In sum, Dr. Har-El is a deeply caring, unique professional.

My experience with Dr. RIvi was outstanding. I visited several times with claf injury as well as back and neck pain . It is not your traditional PT office . Dr. Rivi utilizes unique techniques and full body mind approach to the patient in its entirety other than focusing on pinpoint injury .

If you need physical therapy, go to Dr. Har-El. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Dr. Rivi Har-El and the RiVision Healing Center are not what you expect if you've ever been to a Physical Therapist. You will not see a row of stationary bikes and pay PT rates while you exercise. She will do hands-on manual manipulation and work directly on your problem areas. I had limited mobility from the build-up of scar tissue from running injuries. She broke up the scar tissue and got me back to running marathons. I'll be running my 12th NYC Marathon this Nov. Thank you Dr. Har-El.

I have known Dr. Rivi for many years and her soft compassionate voice speaks to her caring nature. If you are considering treatment from Dr. Rivi, you will be in good hands. She is a listener and pays attention to all the details of what she has heard. Difficult to find these days!
