A great cheerleader for anyone serious about losing weight. After 60, I couldn’t lose weight the way I used to. Nothing worked. Kim kept me accountable while teaching me lifelong lifestyle, exercise and nutritional changes. The food app we used was so easy. I’m grateful that she’s got me well on my way to losing the 20 pounds I wanted to come off before my 50th high school reunion next year. “Slow and steady” is her mantra and that patience has worked for me. I lost weight even while rehabbing from knee surgery, when I couldn’t exercise normally. I hope to stay on track with more mindful eating the rest of my life.

Kim is an excellent Nutritionist and Dietition! She takes a holistic approach and caters to individual needs. My story: I became a mother of three before the age of 21. I’ve struggled with weight loss my whole adult life. When I went into menopause, my weight, and state of my was out of control. Finding a nutritionist was my final attempt at “getting it together”. Kim was able to teach me a different way of looking at food that did NOT include dieting or killing yourself with exercise. It’s about understanding why and what you eat.
