I was a patient here so I brought my son. When you are here I think the service is great but getting an appointment has proved more than difficult. If you have to change an appointment it takes about 3 weeks to get an appointment. If you break a bracket it takes several weeks to get it fixed. I brought this up at Boy Scout Mtg and there were other parents there that have kids in Hiser Orthodontics. They all have the same concerns. A couple said they will never recommend Hiser Orthodontics to someone else. They said you have become to big to provide regular service to the patients you already have.
