I have had two kids go through orthodontic treatment through this office. The last time when I tried to call the office, I was placed on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. In the past, my calls have always been answered quickly and the person answering was always friendly and efficient. This was not the case the last time. Before I recommend this practice in the future, I will start by saying, there is been a change in how they handle phone calls, and it's not gone in a positive direction.
