This individual is NOT a member of the California Dental Association. Why is that important? Because not being a member means he's not subject to peer review.
He butchered me during a botched root canal which turned into a botched extraction. He left behind the root tip, which now has to be removed by an oral surgeon. As if that isn't bad enough, he broke the adjacent tooth during his incompetent attempt at dentistry and failed to inform me of either event. I have the X-rays to prove it.
He subsequently repaired the broken tooth, or so I thought, but in breaking it, he apparently left it damaged. So now, on top of the required oral surgery, I have to get a crown on the tooth he broke.
I returned to my original dentist who confirmed Mirabile's incompetence. And that Mirabile left me with an infection on top of the above described issues. That original dentist, who has sat on many peer review panels told me, "You have a good case."
I sent Mirabile a registered letter telling him I wanted compensation for his poor work and to cover the cost of the necessary "repairs." Needless to say, he refused to acknowledge my letter.
Separately, when another tooth required a crown, the lab he uses made a crown that would not fit properly. Prior to ordering the crown, multiple molds had to be taken of the tooth in question.
In addition, he threw off my bite in a major way as a result of his actions.
I'm in the process of pursuing legal recourse against this jerk.
