While I found my experience with Dr. Staples a positive one, I did not get a clear idea what is going on. I am not certain I explained my symptoms clearly enough to him. My biggest disappointment was in the front office. The person in front of me, 2 after me, and I did not have appointments in the imaging center, in spite of the fact I called twice to make sure that had been arranged. In addition when I arrived, I handed my paperwork to the receptionist. (In April I had been instructed to bring the paperwork with me. I was never offered an opportunity to use the patient portal.) When I returned from x-rays, I was told to fill out the very paperwork I would turned it. It had been lost while I was downstairs.
Staples is great. The support staff suck. Post surgery I called in several times and could not get anyone on the phone or to return my messages. My prescription was for less than the prescribed duration and there were no refills. I called in several times and could not figure out what to do. I actually was so frustrated I tried to get another Dr but they refused to see me because they said I had to have surgery follow up with Staples
