The staff was very polite and attentive. I thought the disgnostics was a bit light snd incomplete, but I am not a DR. so he may have gotten all the information he needed. One thing htast was off putting, more than anyything, were poorly written concent forms. The concent for treatment portion of the form included statements that did not belong there. 'Medicine is not an exact science' , no guarantee of outcome'. I almost lef tthe facility to seek treatment elswere. The documents you give your patients seem shady.
