Unfortunately, the Doctor is responsible for his staffs day to day operations. I had my DOT Physical performed at the Spring Hill office on 02/17/2017, which they are responsible for forwarding the documentation to DMV, they did not. I was pulled over by the sheriffs department today and was informed that I was not compliant to drive a commercial motor vehicle, I showed the officer my DOT Medical paper that I was given, he let me off with a warning and told me to go to DMV to get it straightened out, they wouldn't take the medical paper as it didn't have the doctors information on it. I called the receptionist 5 times trying to get a faxed copy to the DMV, all I got was, the office manager will call you in 5 minutes, 5 minutes never came. I was at the DMV for over 2 hours and nothing was resolved, and the office manager never got on the phone., as of 4:55 pm the DMV called me and let me know that no paperwork had arrived by fax. I will be contacting FMSCA and file a formal complaint, I will be sending a bill to this office for my down time because of their incompetence to do what they were paid to do, and I will be contacting the attorney general for them taking my money and not performing the task that they were paid to do. The lack of Courtesy and Professionalism is beyond anything that I have seen, as far as I know, according to DMV, I'm still non compliant.

I happened to need a doctor for an infection on my upper back. Rather than going to hospital ER I preferred to go to an Urgent Care in New Port Richey. Dr. Dhaliwal attended to me. I was highly impressed by their service. Once I made the payment they asked that was quite reasonable, Dr. Dhaliwal cut the abscess under local anesthesia and packed it in no time. I was out of my misery. I went couple of times to his office for follow up. His services are excellent and he has quite efficient, dedicated staff to help.
I have no hesitation to recommend Dr. Dhaliwal to any body.

I went to Dr. Dhaliwal's office for Well Woman Exam with PAP on recommendation from a colleague. Charges were very reasonable and above all the staff was very courteous, did not have to wait long. I was out of the office in an hour. I recommend Dr. Dhaliwal to all my friends and relatives.

I had to take my neighbor to Dr. Dhaliwal when she got hurt. Dr. Dhaliwal and his staff showed compassion and respect, attended to her quickly without making us wait. He gave the stitches with local anesthetic and antibiotics. We were out of the office in less than an hour. It could have taken at least 6 hours in the hospital Emergency Room.
My neighbor plans to change her primary care doctor to Dr. Dhaliwal.

I was hurting my knee for few days and my doctor could not help me. My neighbor told me to go and see Dr Dhaliwal.
When I came to the office, their staff was friendly and Dr. Dhaliwal took time to explain the reason my knee is hurting. On his recommendation, I agreed for knee injection though I was scared.
I did not even feel much pain when he injected my knee. The next day I could move and run around as before. For 2 months I have not even taken any of pain medicines I was given by my previous doctor. Needless to say I have changed my Primary Care Doctor to Dr. Dhaliwal.
I do not hesitate to recommend him to any person that needs help.
