I’m 63 years old. Both my aunt and my grandmother became diabetic when they were 65. I’ve always been very conscious about nutrition. In spite of my best efforts though, my A1C was climbing and in November 2022, it hit 5.9. I could see the writing on the wall!
I’ve been working with Azi since November 2022. By following her advice, I have a lot of foods to choose from, I never feel hungry, or do any fasting.
And! I’m thrilled to be able to say, that in the last 8 months:
- My A1C dropped from 5.9 to 5.6. - My glucose dropped from 106 to 89. - Since November 2022, I’ve lost 10 pounds. I am now 124 pounds.
Azi is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition. She has opened up a sustainable path to healthy and tasty eating for me! She is also a lovely person and I really feel that she cares about my health goals. I’m so grateful to Azi and I highly recommend her!
I have been working with Azi for a couple of years now to help manage my glucose levels and weight loss/maintenance for long-term effects. She’s up to date with the latest news on how to get your best body. I’ve learned a lot from her and highly recommend her services.
Azi is incredibly dynamic, so generous with her time and thoughtful in her explanations to teach patients the fundamentals and strategies of a healthy diet. I am in the food and supplement industries and thought my knowledge base was extensive. But I have gained a wealth of new eye opening approaches and knowledge about diet and more from Azi and highly recommend her to anyone seeking professional assistance. She is a true professional, her follow up is exceptional and her caring personality is genuine and unmistakable. She wants to ensure best results and delivers.
Ever since I have been diagnosed with PCOS, which is a female hormonal issue. I have finally understood that there’s so much more to weight lost than just not eating or over exercising and just making yourself crazy with all these fad not sustainable diets. So I finally was tired after all these years and reached out to Dr Azi, I have been with her about three months now and have learned great tips from her and have been more comfortable with food and health in general. I have learned a lot of every day, life food changes and I have officially lost 10 pounds. Which to someone 10 pounds might mean nothing , but to me it means a lot and I am able to sustain it pretty easy to be honest. I have learned so much and I’m still going strong to reaching my goal of losing up to 30 pounds. I’m very grateful that I have found Dr Azi. And I highly recommend her to anyone that just wants to live a healthier lifestyle and wants to just Learn how to have a better relationship with food.
Excellent results, very professional. At first I had the idea that I was going to get into a boring diet, then I realized this was simply putting my current diet in order and changing some of my old diet habits. I am on my best shape ever and I am keen to continue with this.
Since I was diagnosed with T1D two months ago, I have leaned on Azi’s advice and experience in wellness to live a healthier and more complete life. The first two weeks after diagnosis I was clueless on how I could live with diabetes but Azi has shown so much care and effort into finding time to speak with me weekly and check in on my progress. I could not recommend her enough!
Azi is an amazing nutritionist. She takes the time to understand your lifestyle and concerns in order to devise a plan to help you reach your goals. Thanks to Azi's coaching, I have increased my muscle mass and improved athletic performance.
I have been working with Azi for almost a year now and she has been amazing. I've struggled for most of my life with weight, relationship with food, and other ailments that have stemmed from this, and Azi has been extremely helpful in reframing how I view food and nutrition. While other doctors and nutritionists (especially as a child) would tell me to focus on cutting out food groups or count calories/carbs/fats, etc excessively, Azi has really gotten into how food actually functions in the body, and how changing things like the order of eating, or adding things to your diet is more effective than cutting or counting. I have seen results in each of my health goals, and Azi's support has been crucial to this.
I have been under Azi’s care for over 3months and lost two dress sizes. At the beginning I was skeptical, because after a few failed weight loss attempts, I was allowed to finally eat the right foods without depriving myself. With all the misinformation online, I was finally equipped with the understanding what it means to have a healthy lifestyle. With her support I was able to lose weight, lose fat and build muscle. I shed my habits and found a new way of dealing with nutrients and food in general. Thanks for the support!
