My first red flag was my nurse didn't identify herself, forcing me to ask, "Who are you?" This is NEVER acceptable for medical professionals, 2nd. The same nurse took my BP and didn't tell me the results.None of my other vitals were taken that visit! My Dr, came in in a wrinkled lad coat that was "off white" He looked more like he was going hiking rater than treating me. None of the procedures were explained to me and I had to stop him and loudly say, "decline" during his his treatment. I was extremely concerned about the medical "equipment" I saw. Some of it just looked unsanitary. For instance, it looked like an old liquid hand soap bottle had been turned into a "lanacane" pump dispenser. It was labeled " lanacane, but nothing else, which I know is not allowed. It also looked dirty. A crumpled plastic bag sat on the tray next to it. I assume that was how the bottled was pumped in a sterile fashion. I'd NEVER go back. I'm too concerned about getting an infection plus the basic medical school stuff was forgotten or just ignored.
