I got a littleupset that they are scheduling a month out for wellness exams. It turns out that a lot of vets in this area are. I didnt realize that. I perhaps could have been a little nicer but I was not prepared to be talked to in that way by Snarky mcSnarkington. I was not screaming at the girl but Dee got real snooty, real quick. She was so quick to suggest that she fax my pets medical records somewhere else to get rid of me. I wrote an email to Christy the manager complaining of the treatment.and she quickly minimizes and dismisses and terminates me as a customer. She completely defends Dee for how she acted. Christy says she trains them to not put up with demeaning calls. Its so ridiculous because Dee was way worse than I was. Plus, I'm the damn customer. They made me feel very unimportant. I wish there was a way to give them negative stars
