The office front desk, Jessica is unprofessional yelling and not explaining correctly at a professional way to patients and she always has to call me back when I ask question.When she returns calls it's 3-4 days later. She told me you get what you pay for which i didn't understand at first since i have blue shield of ca really good policy. She gave me example she said it's just like buying a car - when you buy car you want a Lexus but you can only afford Toyota. I was shock what are you talking about I have really good insurance. Comes to find out she was talking about since my daughter started with medi-cal dental i was getting treated unfair. I was upset so she was saying they didn't bill BSC. I understood she was saying since she orginally started with medi-cal i get what i pay for.This was unprofessional since most of Dr. Ralp Callendar patients do have medi-cal dental. Jessica told me she hadn't billed my blueshield insurance which we had over 1yr so I don't know if the dentist evens knows. When we first started going to office....We loved it pt would be able to see dr. Callender and staff was great.. now the staff is rude and the patient never gets to see dr. Callender it's always someone different.

Dr. Ralph and his staff are great. They answer all my questions that I have and explained to me everything.
