As a post surgical total knee replacement, 2 wonderful Physical Therapist's were sent to my home. Both were knowledgeable, considerate, gave excellent suggestions, made sure my home was prepared for my needs related to the surgery and answered any questions well. Thank you!

It took me three phone calls, no return calls, and still couldn't answer a simple question "Do you participate in my health plan?".
I'm not sure if it was just Darrin (receptionist/scheduler that failed to return promised calls), or the practice in general that does not have it's act together, but we are going someplace else. Thanks
